ONLINE VENUE RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING
By checking the box labeled “I Agree” and proceeding with your booking, you (“Client”) confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Venue Rental Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all guests, invitees, vendors, contractors, and attendees. This agreement is legally binding and governed by Texas law.
1. VENUE & USE OF PROPERTY
Sand Rock Shores grants limited, temporary use of the event venue located in Farmersville, Texas for the date and time selected during booking.
2. EVENT RESPONSIBILITY
Client is responsible for event conduct, guest behavior, vendors, compliance with venue rules, and damages.
3. FEES, PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit secures the date. Balance due 30 days prior. Overtime is charged at $50 per 15 minutes.
4. CANCELLATIONS & DATE CHANGES
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 120 days require full payment unless the venue is re-booked.
5. CLEANUP & PROPERTY CARE
Client must remove all items and leave the venue clean. Extra cleanup may incur charges.
6. CHILDREN, PETS & SAFETY
Children and pets must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard is on duty.
7. ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcohol service requires TABC-certified servers. No self-service or underage consumption allowed.
8. PROHIBITED ITEMS & DECOR
Glitter, confetti, nails, adhesives, and glass bottles are prohibited.
9. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
10. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Client assumes all risks and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Events affected by disasters or government orders may be rescheduled.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by Texas law. Venue for disputes is Collin County, Texas.
13. DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE
Selecting “I Agree” constitutes a legally binding digital signature on behalf of all attendees.
